Algebra linear equation

In this blog we are going to learn about equations.
What is equation?
Equation is a statement where the two quantities in the both side are equal.
Equation we can find in Algebra.

There are several types of Equations in Algebra like
 Algebra Linear equation, Equations containing radicals, Quadratic equations, Equations involving Fractions, Exponential equations, Logarithmic equations etc…

But there are mainly three types of equations: -

 Linear Equations: -Linear equation is an equation which consist of a single variable which is represented by letters like x, y, z etc is always to the power 1.
Example: - x - 4 = 10

Here is some examples on linear equations solver:
Example 1:
       Solve for x
           X+ 2 =   -3
solution:
1. Subtract 1 from both sides:
x + 2 - 1 =   -3 - 2
2. Simplify both sides:
x   =   -5
Example 2
   Solve for x
   2 x + 2 = -18
solution:
1. Subtract 1 from both sides:
2x + 2 -2 = -18 - 2
2. Simplify both sides:
2x = -20
3. Divide both sides by 2:
2x/2=-20/2
4. Simplify both sides:
x   =   -10
Like that we can solve linear equations.To know more about solving equation try to see solving math problems online.That will be more helpful to you.
